ResinDek® Panel Changes Make Installations Easier
All ResinDek® panels now have identification markings on the edge of the panel. This new laser mark will make it easier to identify panels in the field for special layouts and drawing references. Installers can now locate all components of the flooring system and do layouts accordingly since the edge markings indicate type of panel with special drawing tags.
Sizing Up ResinDek®
Cornerstone Specialty Wood Products, LLC has recently invested in new equipment to tighten tolerances and to provide additional tongue and groove capabilities.
The new technology allows ResinDek® panels to be manufactured with a tolerance of plus or minus 1/16” (.0625). Panels will be factory inspected according to new internal specifications. The thickness tolerance will continue to exceed most industry standards and is still plus or minus 0.01”.
Tongue and groove of 4’ x 10’ ResinDek® panels is now offered on all 4 sides. This new capability will prevent costly cutting and custom fitting in the field, and provide an enhanced seamless appearance.
ResinDek® Sample Kit Upgrade
New literature for the ResinDek® Sample Kits is now available. We have redesigned our literature to be a standalone product guide that supports all information on resindek.com website.
These are currently used in every sample kit or can be used for general sales presentations.

Bob joins us with over 35 years of distribution center design, planning, & installation experience throughout the USA. Bob has an Industrial Arts degree from Eastern Kentucky University. Bob is responsible for assisting the Cornerstone Specialty Wood Products Engineering Staff and customers with ResinDek® installations at jobsites. He will also be assisting with project applications, quotes, AutoCAD® layouts, and testing.
