ResinDek Xspan panels have been extensively tested and approved by IBC Code Officials for use as a structural flooring system in certain applications where a metal corrugated substructure is not required. Structural supports must be reviewed and approved by Cornerstone Specialty Wood Products, LLC® and must be capable of supporting floor loads at specific intervals. PRODUCT DESCRIPTION

ResinDek Xspan flooring panels have been approved by IBC Code Officials for use as a structural flooring system in certain applications. Structural supports must be reviewed and approved by Cornerstone Specialty Wood Products, LLC® and must be capable of supporting floor loads at specific intervals. For further details, call us and/or your local building code official.

ResinDek flooring panels are custom manufactured and available in sizes up to 4' x 10' (1219 mm x 3048 mm) with our proprietary coatings and up to 4' x 8' (1219 mm x 2438 mm) with our MetaGard® steel surface for extreme wear conditions. The underside comes standard unfinished. To enhance lighting, a high gloss white is available as an option as shown on the images on this page. ResinDek tongue and groove configurations promote effective panel to panel wheel load transfers. When required, tongue and groove configurations are available on all 4 sides.

ResinDek Xspan engineered flooring panels are custom manufactured with specially sorted and processed wood fibers, customized formaldehyde free resins, and a wax emulsifier for moisture resistance. The ingredients are combined and compressed under extremely high pressure and temperature, resulting in a panel with superior physical properties and is backed by a 10-year product warranty.

Testing was completed with polyurethane caster wheels and any deviation or alternative wheels such as crowned, steel or plastic could void the warranty. Contact CSWP for more information.

For flooring solutions with no b-deck: All allowable loads are based on a two span condition. Uniform load values are based on L/240 deflections, any deviation can positively or negatively impact these values. Please contact Cornerstone for other span conditions.

INDUSTRIAL MEZZANINE DECKING FASTENING SYSTEMS

TOP SIDE ENGINEERED FASTENERS

For conventional top side fastener installation, use Cornerstone Specialty Wood Products, LLC® Collated Stand-up Screwdriver and collated engineered drill screws. Not only will the collated screwdriver gun save you up to 40% in fastening costs, but it will reduce installation fatigue with its ergonomic design.

The top side engineered fasteners are designed for strength, durability and easy installation. No countersinking or pre-drilling is required as the wings are near the top of the shaft, which counterbore for screwheads. The number 2 square drive heads and points easily pierce up to 12 gauge steel decking and is designed to drill through wood and steel decking prior to the threads engaging, thus preventing the mezzanine floor panels from lifting.

COLLATED SCREWS FOR CORRUGATED METAL DECK
