Do you have a unique application or a custom loading condition? We test both on-site and off-site and will work with you to develop a test to make sure ResinDek flooring will perform to our standards, for that specific application. Once we validate the test, we will back it with our 10-year ResinDek product warranty.
RESINDEK® FLOOR PANELS
ResinDek composite engineered flooring panels have the proven structural integrity to support rolling pallet jack loads from 2,000 – 8,000 lbs and AGV and AMR rolling loads from 500 – 6,000 lbs. Backed by a 10-year product warranty the panels are available in sizes up to 4' x 10' (1220 mm x 3048 mm). Panel thicknesses range from 3/4" to 1-1/2" and depending upon the application can be used as a single panel solution or with a corrugated metal deck.

RESINDEK® FLOOR FINISHES
Choose from Gray Diamond Seal® Antistatic for heavy rolling pallet jacks, Gray Diamond Seal® ESD when electrostatic dissipative is required, or MetaGard® GVT for drop zones or where aggressive dragging exists like in pallet flow areas. If you customer will be using mobile robots on mezzanines or work platforms, then specify TriGard ESD for AMRs and AGVs or MetaGard® SST for excessive wear areas.

RESINDEK® SHELVING SYSTEM
ResinDek Shelving System can be designed to accommodate shelf heights of 6" to 20", shelf depths from 8" to 60", and vertical divider spaces from 4" on center to 48" on center. The custom machining allows for the possibility of the vertical dividers to be moved without the use of hardware, which provides a great deal of flexibility in the design of vertical divider spaces between shelves or within an individual shelf bay.
